Google has changed how everyday users interact with AI with their latest model and its impressive new features. Gemini 3 Pro is here, and it’s not just smarter; it fundamentally shifts chatbots from generating simple text to creating fully interactive UI experiences. Its increase in coding abilities also means that vibe coding just got a whole lot more powerful in AI Studio’s Build Mode.

What's New?

Gemini 3 brings a number of impressive changes from improved reasoning to new features. Let’s jump in!

Gemini 3 Pro Model: 

As expected, the Gemini 3 model has brought sweeping changes in terms of intelligence and reasoning. Google explained that this model is smarter and more direct, meaning it will bring genuine insights instead of the overly agreeable or vague answers that are all too common. It’s also significantly better at coding tasks which means that vibe coding just got a huge upgrade. 

Generative Interfaces: 

One of the best updates for everyday users is the addition of generative interfaces. This new feature allows Gemini to generate an entirely unique user experience. These creations can be anything from games and applications to web pages and tools. Each one is custom built based on the context of your prompt and turns what used to be a long text blurb into a polished, interactive experience. Google has released two distinct generative UI tools, Dynamic View and Visual Layout. 

Dynamic View: 

Dynamic View creates an in-depth experience that can be applied to any situation. Whether you are learning about orbital mechanics or planning a trip to New Zealand, Gemini makes this process easier by crafting a unique environment for interacting with information. This feature can be used within the Gemini app as well as AI Mode. 

Visual Layout:

This UI is meant to act as a “magazine-style” UI that changes based on user choice. This feature doesn’t appear to be live in the US yet but should be coming in the next few days.

Gemini 3 Pro in Action 

The most important question to ask is, what can I build with Gemini 3 Pro? Below are some great examples I’ve found. 

Demo 1: 

This Twitter thread is filled with impressive vibe-coded examples that people have in AI Studio created over the past week. They created games, tools, simulations and more using Gemini 3 Pro!

Demo 2: 

This Tony Stark inspired interface was created in AI Studio and while it wasn’t generated with a single prompt, it was created over the course of a single conversation. 

Demo 3: 

This example was created and shared by the Gemini team. They were able to one-shot an entire game using Gemini 3 Pro. They created a retro arcade asteroid destroyer game that looks like something you’d pay for on the app store. 

How Does Gemini 3 Pro Compare? 

Unsurprisingly, Gemini 3 Pro not only beats out past Gemini models, but also outperforms other state-of-the-art models like Claude Sonnet and GPT-5 in terms of both benchmarks and head-to-head comparisons on LMArena. According to Google, Gemini 3 Pro outperforms the above models in 19 of 20 standard benchmark evals. While impressive, we should look at user ranking to get the full picture. 

Google’s new model is currently ranked #1 overall on LMArena. It's also ranked first in the Text, Vision, and WebDev categories. This means that users prefer Gemini 3’s answers over other models.

My Thoughts 

Based on everything that I’ve experienced and seen, Gemini 3 Pro seems like the best model currently on the market. 

For Non-Developers: 

The new features like Dynamic View is a game changer for everyday AI use. Being able to experience a topic instead of reading a generic text response is incredible. Google has also prioritized model performance so that Gemini 3 Pro can excel in any situation. 

For Developers: 

It's clear that Gemini 3 Pro is an exceptional model for vibe coding (and coding in general). Being able to one-shot detailed, polished experiences is game changing. 

Gemini 3 doesn’t seem like a marginal increase and instead feels like a jump forward for Google and the AI ecosystem. Having AI that can generate unique UIs in seconds about any topic just feels like something out of a Sci-Fi movie and not a Google product in 2025.
